If you want to own as much as Donald Trump, but your setting your sites on your local coffee shop owners portfolio, your doing yourself NO justice at all. Go after Mr. Trump. There is less competition at the top, and you are much more likely to accomplish the goal of making $100,000,000 than you are of making $100,000.
